De MySHL-app maakt het gemakkelijk om uw belangrijke zorgverzekeringsinformatie te beheren en te openen
onderweg. Gebruik deze handige service om:
- Zoek uit wie er geregistreerd staat als uw primaire zorgverlener (PCP).
- Praat met onze adviesverpleegkundige. 24/7 bereikbaar.
- 24/7 virtuele bezoeken. Geen afspraak nodig.
- Zoek naar een arts, specialist, instelling of laboratorium.
- Bekijk en e-mail uw gezondheidsplan-ID-kaart.
- Bewaar uw gezondheidsplan-ID-kaart in uw portemonnee.
- Bekijk uw copay, eigen risico en contante uitgaven, indien van toepassing.
- Controleer de status van een claim, voorafgaande machtiging of verwijzing.
- Toegang tot uw gezondheidsdossiers.
- Bekijk facturen en betaal eventueel uw premie.
- Werk uw contactgegevens en adres bij.
- Selecteer communicatievoorkeuren.
- Sla uw wachtwoord op met Touch ID of Face ID.
