SimThyr is een continue simulator voor hypofyse-schildklier homeostase. Voorgecompileerde software is beschikbaar voor Mac OS X, Mac OS Classic en Windows. SimThyr is ontwikkeld met respectievelijk Lazarus/Free Pascal (Mac OS X en Windows) of THINK Pascal (Mac OS Classic). Broncode wordt geleverd voor alle ondersteunde platforms en kan ook worden gebruikt om SimThyr voor extra platforms te compileren.
